These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through boys.care.

By placing an order through boys.care, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with the operators listed in the Legal Notice (Impressum).

3. Products

We make every effort to display products accurately. Minor variations in packaging, colour, or appearance may occur.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing or availability. If this affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

6. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our manufacturing and logistics partners.

9. Governing Law
