Are BOYS.CARE products natural?

All five products are between 97% and 100% natural origin and are certified Ecocert COSMOS Natural. No parabens, no synthetic fragrances, and no unnecessary ingredients.
What skin types are BOYS.CARE products suitable for?

The range is suitable for normal, oily, combination and sensitive skin. Individual product pages explain which skin types each product is designed for.
Is BOYS.CARE suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are designed for sensitive skin and contain no synthetic fragrance. BOY,PROTECT uses a mineral UV filter, making it suitable for many people who find chemical sunscreens irritating.
Are the products vegan?

Most of them, yes. BOY,SHOWER, BOY,HYDRATE and BOY,WAKE UP are certified vegan. Check individual product pages for full details.
Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Neither our finished products nor the ingredients used to make them are tested on animals.
Where are BOYS.CARE products made?

Our products are manufactured in Latvia in an ISO 22716-certified facility that specialises in certified natural skincare and follows European cosmetic manufacturing standards.
Can I use all five products together?

Yes. They're designed to work as a complete routine or individually. Start with what you need and add the rest when you're ready.

Can I use the products every day?

Yes. Every product is formulated for daily use.
Is the SPF good enough for everyday use?

Yes. BOY,PROTECT is SPF 50, mineral-based and broad-spectrum, meaning it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Reapply throughout the day, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
Why did you choose a mineral sunscreen?

BOY, PROTECT uses a mineral UV filter and provides SPF 50 broad-spectrum protection. Many people with sensitive skin prefer mineral sunscreens because they are often well tolerated. Both mineral and chemical sunscreens provide effective sun protection when used correctly.
My skin is oily. Will these products make it worse?

No. BOY, HYDRATE is an oil-free gel that absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy finish. BOY, CLEAN UP creates a light foam that cleanses without feeling heavy or stripping the skin.
Do your products contain synthetic fragrance?

No. None of our products contain synthetic fragrance.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed after payment has been received. Because products are prepared specifically for each order, processing times may vary. Delivery times depend on your location and may be affected by customs, carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

If your order is shipped outside your local customs area, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in your purchase unless stated at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email hi@boys.care within 14 days of delivery and include photographs where possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order?

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned products have been received and inspected.
